A box of activities for families looking for some fun,education and empowerment inspired by Frida Kahlo and highlighting the importance of expressing our feelings in healthy ways. Covering art, history, science, maths, literacy and wellbeing, your children will be learning whilst having fun and creating. They can take inspiration from Frida and paint a self-portrait of feelings, enjoy a laughter parade together with you, make a calm kit that includes a worry doll and/or box and a calming glitter jar (jar not included). They can also experiment with a fountain of fury as well as making some affirmation paper chains to decorate the home and stay positive during difficult times. Also contains Small and Wild Company’s delicious herbal kid’s tea and vegan treats. This box could also work as a gift as could the Wangari Maathai box.
