A LOVELY & QUICK HOME BIRTH

Just wanted to let you know that Aaliyah arrived on 28th March a few days early and that we had a lovely home birth. It was super quick – literally 2 hours from when I realised I was in labour. We didn’t even have time to fill the pool but the natal hypnotherapy really helped – I had the labour companion cd on the whole time and found that really good.
